After a rigorous search, we've found the leader who will lead AVT Operations through our next phase of growth. We're excited to announce that Aileen C. Amirault is joining AVT Simulation as Chief Operating Officer.
Aileen brings over 20 years of progressive operations leadership in defense, training systems, and complex engineered solutions. Most recently, she served as Vice President & General Manager – Global Training Solutions at V2X Inc., where she owned end-to-end operations for training systems, devices, modernization, maintenance, and sustainment solutions supporting military and commercial customers worldwide.
Aileen is a Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. Her technical foundation, combined with decades of operational excellence, positions her uniquely to build the scalable processes, systems, and leadership infrastructure AVT needs to thrive.
She will lead our engineering, manufacturing, program management, and service delivery functions, establishing the operational cadence, accountability frameworks, and scalable processes that will carry AVT forward as we continue to grow and serve our customers with excellence.
