AVT Simulation is a minority owned, emerging small, disadvantaged business, qualified since May 2002 in the SBA 8(a) program. AVT is a privately held S-Corporation based in Orlando, Florida, that was formed in April 1998 to capitalize on emerging simulation market trends. AVT currently provides support engineering and technical services for US Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Joint Forces Command programs. CATI Training Systems LLC specializes in image generation system software design and optimization, visual systems integration, human-in-the-loop simulation, dynamic scenario development, and real-time visual and sensor and environmental effects displays of the outside environment. CATI's X-IG™ includes complete physics-based modeling of aircraft and vehicles for atmospheric conditions, night-vision goggles, and FLIR environments. X-IG™ additionally includes special-effects which enhance scenes providing a fully representative visual environment.

CATI's database and modeling production facility has completed and delivered 23 correlated databases comprising almost 300 million square kilometers of training capable virtual terrain.
