AVT Simulation - PrimeApplied Visual Technology, Inc., doing business as AVT Simulation, is qualified for all zones and 21 functional areas under our Seaport-e contract number N00178-05-D-4000.
AVT Simulation is a minority owned, emerging small, disadvantaged business, qualified since May 2002 in the SBA 8(a) program. AVT is a privately held S-Corporation based in Orlando, Florida, that was formed in April 1998 to capitalize on emerging simulation market trends. Since its founding in 1998, AVT has grown at a rate of over 25% per year a testimony to the quality and dedication of AVT's employees and the satisfaction of our customers.
AVT currently provides support engineering and technical services for US Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Joint Forces Command programs. AVT also provides software engineering and simulation and training systems development for the US Department of Defense, US commercial companies, and the British Ministry of Defense from our offices in Orlando, Florida, and South Jordan, Utah. AVT products include specialized software for helicopter and flight simulation and simulation visual systems integration.
For SeaPort-e AVT Simulation has composed a powerful team with the breadth and depth to address 21 SOW functional areas with operations in all 7 zones. Our teammates are powerhouses in the defense support services industry and are established players on the SeaPort-e program:

Eagan McAllister Associates (EMA) is a subsidiary of AMSEC. EMAs core mission areas include aviation, C4I, and technology solutions. EMA provides a full spectrum of technical and administrative support services to support the premier Naval Aviation market at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland, as well as numerous other U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, and Federal Aviation Administration projects and programs. Additionally, EMA provides all aspects of support to the primary East Coast market for Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems engineering in Charleston, South Carolina; Lexington Park, Maryland; and Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. And EMA provides a full spectrum of expert IT services to government and private industry clients worldwide.

CATI Training Systems LLC specializes in image generation system software design and optimization, visual systems integration, human-in-the-loop simulation, dynamic scenario development, and real-time visual and sensor and environmental effects displays of the outside environment. CATI's X-IG™ includes complete physics-based modeling of aircraft and vehicles for atmospheric conditions, night-vision goggles, and FLIR environments. X-IG™ additionally includes special-effects which enhance scenes providing a fully representative visual environment.
CATI's database and modeling production facility has completed and delivered 23 correlated databases comprising almost 300 million square kilometers of training capable virtual terrain. CATI Terrain Databases have validated models for EO, IR and NVS environments. Every system CATI has delivered provides unmatched user friendliness, open architecture, COTS tools and flexible interface options, all designed for ease of use, and low acquisition, overhead and life cycle support costs. |
